Welcome to Heswall Artists Association 2026 Exhibition Entry Form
When completing the form please be aware of the following:
Ensure that you have all the necessary information prior to completion of the form as the user cannot make any alterations after the form has been submitted.
Make sure that the email address that you enter is correct as details of your entry will be sent to that address.
Due to there being limited space on exhibition labels, we have had to limit the maximum length of Titles and Medium details to 30 characters so you should bear this in mind as longer names will be truncated.
There is a security function attached to the form. You should click the box to indicate that you are not a robot and then click the 'submit' button in order to register your entries.
If you discover that, after submission of the form, you wish to amend your entry then please contact Lyn at Lmro@sky.com rather than resubmitting your entry form.
